The restaurant offers North Indian, Continental, and Chinese cuisines with full bar availability. Open all day and till 4:30am every night, you can enjoy an unparalleled, a la carte dining experience.
Part of hotel Samilton situated in 35 A padapukar road.
Décor was rich with comfortable sitting. Area was huge divided in different sections. A separate couple sitting place with fully glass wall, separate cabins and a separate group dine in area.
Ambience was classy with rich hospitality. Presentation was decent and staffs were well trained.
Let's quickly move on to food & beverages department starting with what drinks we tried-
* Virgin Mojito - Classic Mojito made with refreshments of mint and tangyness of lemons tastes nice.
* Margherita - Strawberry flavored margherita drint made with the combination of vodka and strawberry syrup tastes traditional served in lemon salt coated martini glass.
Now let's see the Starters -
* Dragon Roll - So much excitement in one small package! This Chinese delicacy is named Dragon Roll because it is as spicy as a dragon’s fiery breath. Assorted veggies, sautéed on a high flame to retain the crunch, are flavoured with pungent Schezuan sauce, rolled in maida wrappers, and deep-fried till perfectly crisp. Made in a convenient, handy size, this snack is perfect with cocktail.
* Tandoori Aloo Najakat - Aloo grilled in tandoor in tandoori style marinated with afgani spiced tasted delicious AF.
* Tandoori Stuffed Mushroom - Button Mushrooms Stuffed with cottage cheese,saag/spinach marinated in afgani spices tastes spicy outside & cheesy inside. Very delicious served with coriander dip.
* Veg Seekh Kabab - These were baked seekh Kabab made with mashed potatoes with carrots, cabbage, green peas some chilles etc. They were baked so way healthier then deep fried once and taste was decent. Served with coriander dip.
Now let's check out the main course -
* Funghi Pizza - Thin crust button mushroom pizza with tomato pesto base and topped with cheese tastes little tangy, cheesy and delicious.
* Cheese Fondue - Cheese Fondue is a Swiss dish of melted cheese served in a communal pot over a portable stove heated with a candle and eaten by dipping bread into the cheese using long-stemmed forks. It was promoted as a Swiss national dish by the Swiss Cheese Union. Taste was heavenly.
* Veg Thai Green Curry - It was mine most favorite dish and I loved it so much. Made with coriander, basil, lemon grass and some herbs & spices paste cooked with modern veggies in coconut milk tastes heavenly. Very delicious dish served with steam rice.
We ended this delicious dine in experience with couple of desserts -
* Sizzling Brownie - Soft & delicious sizzling hot Brownie in active sizzler topped with vanilla ice cream scoop tastes traditional.
* Darshan - Crispy and delicious darshans served with vanilla ice cream scoop tastes heavenly. One of the best of kolkata. Perfectly made no issues.
It was an wonderful dinner experience. Been here with some of my foodies friends. We had a great time & we are thankful for this to the management and staffs.
A must visit place, highly recommended to all.
