Bombay Brasserie has carried forward its culinary journey with outlets in Bangalore, Chennai and Mumbai and now Kolkata will see the menu that promises to deliver experimental Indian cuisine that focuses on unique ingredients that are curated carefully after travelling to each corner of our country.
Mrs. Shikha Nath, Brand Director, Bombay Brasserie, of K Hospitality Corp says, “Bombay Brasserie focuses on flavours that have never been tried before, twisting old school recipes to suit today’s tastes. We’ve brought our much loved new offer to Kolkata’s doors to give a new and renewed experience that we know everyone in Kolkata would love. We use regionally-sourced ingredients, like Aam Papad from Amritsar, Kudampuli from Kerala and Malwani masala from the Konkan belt. After much research and trial, the menu showcases ingredients from across India that are completely unique. Your culinary journey begins here, at Bombay Brasserie.” From the small plates menu, the Marathi Jhinga Mirch made with Thecha, Naga Ghost Pepper Wings, tangy wings dusted with Bhoot Jolokia or the flavourful Kashmiri Naan Kebab are a few favourites that are reinvented while retaining their authentic soul.
Similarly, the “High Chai” Menu isn’t just a cup of tea at Bombay Brasserie, with the menu offering favourites such as Chowpatty Special Bhel, Rasta Masala Toasty and Irani Kheema Maska Pao, paired with the perfect selection of desi cocktails, beers and indigenous Indian teas from across India (such as the Kashmiri Bloom, a fruity and refreshing blend of black tea, spirited with notes of apple, figs and lemon).
The Drinks The bar at Bombay Brasserie - the Patiala Bar - is another highlight. Old favourites from across cultures and countries comfortably sit alongside refreshing new brews. Bright ingredients mix to present classics with a twist, or pair elements that make for an altogether new journey.
With an interesting bar menu that brings together homemade liquor infusions in Desi Cocktails like Southern Express & Fauji Party Special to Desi Mocktails like Juhu Beach Gola and Not-so-Saada; which are all about seasonality, taking full advantage of the wide range of ingredients that pop up across India through the year.

* Chilli Cheese Kulcha - Mini kulchas stuffed with chilli cheese, a “new way to try Bombay’s chilli cheese toast”. The presentation of dishes — like this one on a grill — at Bombay Brasserie has also changed to fit into the “casual dining” format.
* Aam Papad Paneer - There's only one place to go for Aam Papad, and that's Amritsar. If you can't and you're still craving the khatta-meetha dried fruit leather, then Bombay Brasserie Aam Papad Paneer is a must try. Truly Chatpata, lime & Amritsari spices bring out the sourness of the sweet leather, a wonderful contrast to the soft, creamy paneer & crunchy lotus stem.
* Gunpowder Potatoes - Baby Potatoes in incredibly flavourful, homemade, southern-inspired Masala Podi tastes amazingly delicious. Spicy & truly desi flavored dish will make you say Raapchik.
* Bombay Lunch Home Veg Curry & Banana Leaf Rice - Mixed Seasonal Vegetables Simmered in Mumbai's Coastal Masala, a rich & complex blend of over 20 spices, best eaten with fragrant Rice steamed in tender banana leaves. This was Truly desi and tastes like cooked in home. very delicious loved it.
* Amritsari Kulfa - The Persians created Faloodeh & Mughals made it Falooda. The Kulfi too was developed at the height of Mughal rule, in the 16th century. But the Kulfa is something that only Amritsar can lay claim to, and it's making: an Art.
Seriously indulgent, completely satisfying, layer upon layer of texture & flavour, a huge dollop of Kulfi crowns a bad of rich Phirni.Topped with Falooda, Rabri & a splash of rose syrup, this dessert will wake up & satisfy all your senses.
* Bombay Ice Cream Sandwich - Meet the Bombay Ice Cream Sandwich at the Bombay Brasserie, it takes three fan-favorite biscuits ( Coconut - y Nice biscuit, crunchy bourbon biscuit & of Course, Jim Jam ), slaps in a slab of vanilla ice cream between them, and then showers it all with rainbow sprinkles. Not to forget, the accompanying wafer biscuit, jelly sweets, eclairs & gems! All they're missing is a side of energee, the only flavored milk drink that would compliment that meal.
This was an memorable experience. Love the evening, A must try place, personal fevorite strongly recommended. Like to thank Team Macaroni Media Co. & Management team of Bombay Brasserie for this quality experience.
The Clubs In Lower Parel are such a delight to hang out at.
