Here by the invitation of Shahbaaz Zaman. It was an food audit organised by Cafe owner with the help of Karishma Sharma.
This Pure Vegetarian Cafe Situated near Camac Street Pantaloons besides Tanishq Showroom. This Cafe was Designed Superbly. It has two sections both were for dine in separated by a single door. When you entering into the Cafe it feels like it was a small cafe but actually from inside it was quite huge. One Section which was Inside the Cafe has a Hardcore look. Each table has it's different looks. Some has wooden chair, some has steal and some has comfortable sofa sitting. each table has it's different lighting. perfect dine in place for youngsters. Other section has almost the same looks. only one side of its wall covered by saucers which gives a rich look and other side was covered by a big glass for giving you the outer look. well decorated and beautifully designed cafe which was always crowded with foodies.
Ambience was superbly amazing. Here with the Dozen on foodies all were very friendly and enthusiastic. Hospitality was very nice. staff were very friendly and the think which impressed me the most was presentation and service. service was quick and presentation was very beautiful and intresting.
Now Move on to the best part of Food Audit which was tasting.
So let's start with the drinks first. We have Some refreshing and very delicious beverages to taste which were reviewed below -
* Gems Bubble Gum Shake - This Shake was very yummy. Creamy and milky Shake which gives you the true taste of Bubble gum and Sweet Gems. Perfectly sweet topped with Whipped cream.
* Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake - Better than any other Chocolate based shake. it was very delicious giving you the superb taste of Peanut Butter in Chocolate shake. must try shake for Peanut lovers.
* Cold Coffee - It is very rare to get perfect sugar and coffee quantity in cold coffee. This Cafe has that art. perfectly made delicious cold coffee which make your day.
* Kokum Cooler - Perfect summer cooler drink made with kokum syrup and lemon juice with some mint in it. very refreshing drink sweet and little tangy. taste was amazing must try in summers.
* Chatka Mary - It was a Guava juice made with Tabasco sauce, chat masala, and black pepper. served with ice gola which was made of strawberry crush and kokum juice. Tastes very tangy and spice. true desi taste. remembering the schools days when we have a gola with kala katha and other tangy and spicy sharbats. My personal favorite. must try drink.
* Mango and Strawberry - Tea which was very refreshing. A delicious blend of mango and strawberry. giving us the pure aroma of fruits. topped with honey and served in transparent cup which was giving the rich looks.
* Lavender Dream And jasmine blossom - Two different Tea's served in two different cups. both were refreshing and tasty. giving the pure smells of Lavender and Jasmine.
* Nimbu Pani - Fresh lime soda which was very refreshing and perfectly made.
We have some tastiest starters with that delicious beverages also. They were reviewed below -
* The Great Garlic Bread - Not perfectly roasted bread which was tastes amazing. Smells really nice you call feel the aroma of garlic in every bite. topped with Mozzarella cheese.
* Tofu Riot - Perfectly Pan fried Tofu which were crispy from outside and soft & creamy from inside Congluted with Chilly sauce. Perfect chinese taste totally love it.
* Thai Local - They were my Personal favorite in menu. something unique and very intresting to me. rools made of Carrot, Cabbage and bamboo shoot served with tangy and spicy peanut sauce dip. Superbly tasty served in Chai glasses.
After that they served us some soups to taste which were reviewed below -
* jomato - Tomato soup with the twist of jasmine. Taste was still the traditional. You can only feel the tiny aroma of jasmine. Consistency and taste wise amazing. served with bread sticks and butter on side.
* Avocado Land - Don't order it unless you madly love bitter gourd or you're a sugar patient. It was a Sugar free cold soup. very unique and intresting but made of a mixture of Avocado, bitter gourd and cucumber. just one spoon and i'm done.
* Mushroom Madness - It is a mixture of three type of mushrooms. perfectly made tastes very delicious. pure mushroom soup served with garlic toasted bread.
* 4/1 Wanton Delight - It was a Chinese clear soup with saute vegetables in it. the flavour was authentic and taste was amazing.
After soups we have couple of salads to taste which were represents as Ghass phoos on menu reviewed below -
* 4/1 AIB Roast Salad - Salad made of roasted Asparagus, Iceburg, Baby corn, Rocket leaves, Olives, Heart Artichoke and corns. Served on Jar mixed with come salt, pepper and spices. Taste was good but only for vegetarians. Non Vegetarians may not like it.
* Beet It - Roasted Beetroot and oranges salad with addad some herbs blended in mustard sauce and tooptd with cream. Taste was really good but without herbs. herbs were bitter in taste.
Now move on to Main Course which has plenty of dishes around the world Reviewed below -
* The Real Burger King - Just a regular American Burger with spicy sauce and crispy & spicy Patty in it. Tastes really good. Served with Roasted veggies and crispy potato.
* Mogambo Couscous Hua - This was intresting and better than the regular one. Burger made with barley bum and soya tikki which was very tasty and desi with cous cous and veggies in it. this one also served with roasted veggies and crispy potato.
* Pouty Poblano - It was a Sizzler which was very sizzling, Spicy and very tasty. It has a Pilaf rice which was steamed rice with some masala in it. and Couple of tofu perfectly grilled and covered in spicy mustard sauce. with some saute veggies ( brockley,carrot,beet),crispy potato, bread and roasted tomato. served with jalapeno cheese sauce.
* Risotto Your Majesty - Unique Risotto not the regular one. Made with Arborio rice with some mushroom in it. looks like dalia but tastes superbly amazing. creamy and melts in your mouth amazingly.
* Bong Bong - The Tradional Bengoli thali which has Luchi, Aloo dum, Misti doi, Chala dal, begun bhaja, Pulao, papad and tomato chatni. Aloo dum was amazing cooked in tomato gravy tastes tradiunal and tastes superb with luchi. Chana dal was perfectly cooked and tastes delicious. Misti doi was the highlight it was very delicious and made perfectly. Pulao was supposed to be sweet but it was namkeen but still tasted good with papad. begun bhaja were also very tasty and spicy.
* Thai Thali - It was my personal favorite. must try item. It has a Green thai curry which was the best dish in whole main course. blended green veggies curries wirh saute brocklie, carrot and some other veggies in it. and papaya salad which tossed in red chilly sauce spicy and tasty. and thai vegetable which was cooked in red gravy it was also spicy and tasty. and thai local which was carrot, cabbage and bamboo shoot rool it was also very tasty. and steam rice & coconut dessert.
* Indian Thali - It has some breads which were tasty and perfectly made and dal makhani which was tastes very delicious and traditional. with come crispy, spicy and very tasty starters named Bharwan aloo, paneer tikka, paneer kabab, tikia etc. served with pudina and lassan chatni.
* Pizza Ala Vodka - Personally recommending their pizzas. it's crust was very thin, crispy and juicy not hard as others has. topped with tomatoes, pineapple, jalapeno, white sauce and mozzarella. yes it has some vodka in it. it was very delicious and must try pizza.
* MI:3 - Thin, crispy and juicy crust pizza overloaded with three type of mushrooms, onoin and goat cheese. A heaven for mushroom lovers. it was very delicious and Must try pizza.
* Vodka Pasta - Penne Pasta cooked in tomato and cream sauce with some vodka in it. Combination of Spicy and creamy pasta. very tasty and smoking hot.
That's it with the main Course.
We ended our delicious veg cuisine journey with some delicious desserts called happy ending on menu. reviewed below -
* Coffee Panacota - Coffee based chocolate dessert which tastes very delicious and served in chai glass.
* Chocolate lava cake - delicious hot malted chocolate covered by choco dough served in coffee cup with vanilla ice cream. taste was superb just as always.
* Mango Kulfi - Whole sliced mango filled with traditional kaju pista kulfi in center. it was very delicious and a soulmate dessert for summer. totally loved it. must try desert.
* Paan Panacotta - This was the highlight of the show. Traditional Panacotta filled with the fillings of paan. very unique and intresting dessert. it was superbly delicious. never had before. personally recommending must try dessert.
It was an never forgetting experience. Almost all the foods and beverages were fantastic. Newly opened cafe but still service and dishes were appreciable. Like to thank Chef Abhishek Panja and team for that wonderful experience. Must visit cafe. personal favorite. highly recommended to all.
